About Eric

"I started baking during COVID and never really stopped."

When everything shut down in 2020, I ended up in the kitchen and figured out I loved it. What started as something to do turned into something I take seriously — self-taught the whole way through, learning from trial, error, and a lot of time figuring out what actually works.

A junior in high school, I plan to study pastry and food science in college. Every order is something I genuinely care about getting right. Real ingredients, no shortcuts, made fresh every single week.
